ANNOUNCEMENT TO INVESTORS
Pursuant to the Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines (SCCP), a new settlement cycle from T+3 to T+2 shall be implemented effective trade date of 24 August 2023. With this migration, all cash and stock settlements shall be due two (2) trading days after the transaction. Please make the necessary adjustments or changes to your systems and procedures that will be impacted by the change in the settlement cycle.
